Revealed to the general public during its participation in the show New star in 2004,Amel Bent married the man of her life, Patrick Antonelli, in 2015. If she remains very discreet about the circumstances of their meeting and their daily life, she has however agreed to reveal one of her “flaws”: not being demonstrative in love. Pregnant with her third child, Amel Bent – who had a miscarriage in the past – became a mother for the first time on February 4, 2016 to a little girl named Sofia. On October 17, 2017, she gave birth to her second child, a girl with the sweet name of Hana.
As a reminder, Amel Bent’s husband, Patrick Antonelli, is 16 years older than her. Businessman, he is the manager of two driving schools in Neuilly-sur-Seine and Puteaux. In July 2020, he was sentenced to four years in prison, two of which were closed with a deferred deposit warrant, but also to a fine of 100,000 euros for corruption and money laundering. The man had set up extensive traffic with several celebrities who used his services in order to obtain false driving licenses.
