(CercleFinance.com) – KKR has announced that Matthew Cohler has been appointed to the board of directors on December 31, 2021. His appointment will bring the number of independent directors to twelve out of a total of sixteen board seats.
Matthew Cohler is a former partner at venture capital firm Benchmark, where he led investments in internet and software start-ups for more than ten years.
The other independent directors of KKR are Adriane Brown, Mary Dillon, Joseph Grundfest, Arturo Gutiérrez, John Hess, Dane Holmes, Xavier Niel, Patricia Russo, Thomas Schoewe, Robert Scully and Evan Spiegel.
