(CercleFinance.com) – The Teleios Global Opportunities Master fund declared that it individually crossed upwards, on June 16, 2022, the thresholds of 20% of the capital and voting rights of Maisons du Monde and individually held 9,436,851 shares Maisons du Monde representing as many voting rights, i.e. 20.86% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Maisons du Monde shares on the market.
