Small blow these last hours in the well-oiled mechanics that is the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It all started with the feature film Blade set to feature Mahershala Ali in the title role, the production of which has been temporarily halted. He already had lost its director Bassam Tariq end of September, which did not bode well, due to repeated changes in the schedule. The search for a replacement is therefore underway, but the filming initially scheduled to start in November will therefore not take place as planned and should take place in early 2023. Thus, its theatrical release date has changed from November 3, 2023 to September 6, 2024. Yes, it’s not nothing, since he finds himself de facto either at the very end of the Stage 5 or at the opening of the Phase 6.
If you have good memory, this date is not unknown to you, since it was that of Deadpool 3. Yes, the film with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman therefore sees its release slightly delayed by two months in November 8, 2024. And by the game of musical chairs, most of the other films of the Phase 6 are therefore all postponed except Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Thereby, Fantastic Four goes from this date in November to February 14, 2025, taking the slot of an unknown film which will now be released on November 7, 2025, instead ofAvengers: Secret Wars that we won’t find out until May 1, 2026, with Michael Waldron writing the screenplay. And since marvel studios hadn’t planned to stop there, another project that was to be released that day is now undated, so don’t go ahead with the Stage 7 after all seen everything that is already on fire.
