Since Tuesday, April 27, 2021, the Miami police in the United States are actively seeking information on the murder of little Elijah LaFrance, three years old. It was Saturday, April 24, 2021 that the facts took place, in the suburbs of Miami. The little boy was celebrating his birthday with his family during a tea party when the fire was opened. Police said individuals armed with several semi-automatic weapons, including a rifle, shot at the house as his parents and other family members cleared the garden. A stray bullet is said to have hit the child who, after being transferred to hospital, succumbed to his injuries.

Now the police are trying to find and arrest the suspects. For that, a bonus of 15,000 dollars was set up for all the people who would have additional information concerning this shooting. A 21-year-old woman was also injured in the gunfire and is currently recovering.

On Monday April 26, 2021, a rally took place in front of the little boy’s house. A participant declared to CBS Miami : “The coffins are getting smaller and smaller.” In early April 2021, Jaslyn Adams, a seven-year-old girl, was shot dead in the queue for a Chicago McDrive after an individual opened fire on the vehicle she was in, accompanied by her father.
