An unexpected leak from the PlayStation Showcase
PlayStation news is quite calm at the start of the year. It’s been some time since we’ve had any news of the big exclusives planned, while the manufacturer’s new console is experiencing incessant leaks. So, as we approach the usual period when conferences follow one another, we expect to finally have something new from Sony, especially after the announcement of an Xbox event.
And it could be that a PlayStation conference will take place… next week ! In any case, this is what an accidental leak from a certain Akademiks indicates. In an Instagram post now deleted (but screened in time and reshared by @realradec on X), the podcaster posted a montage of rapper Kendrick Lamar and a PlayStation visual, explaining in the caption: “ Sources tell me Kendrick can’t perform until next week’s PlayStation Showcase broadcast due to a marketing deal with Sony “.
