The Call of Duty community has discovered new traces of a potential collaboration between Activision’s famous FPS and the Fallout license. A logical partnership since the acquisition of Activision-Blizzard by Microsoft.

Towards a Fallout x Call of Duty collaboration?

Despite the criticism, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 And Warzone continue to bring together many players loyal to Activision’s flagship license. These games receive regular content updates which, similarly to Fortnite, highlight universes from other famous franchises. And soon, Call of Duty could receive content that makes sense in view of current events, since it is Fallout which should be invited onto the battlefield. The information was shared by dataminers who would have discovered traces of content associated with Fallout, but also Gundam and The Crow.

Announcements to watch out for

In short, this information is quite logical. Gundam returns in force this year with the film Gundam SEED Freedom released recently as well as a new anime produced under Unreal Engine 5 which should be released soon on Netflix. The Crow will be entitled to a cinematic reboot led by Bill Skarsgård. And regarding Fallout, the recent television adaptation broadcast on Prime Video has allowed the license to experience a real resurgence in popularity in recent weeks. But this latest collaboration is even more plausible as Activision-Blizzard now belongs to Microsoft, which also owns Bethesda.

However, we will have to wait for official confirmation. Despite this evidence, nothing has been confirmed by Activision yet. The studio should therefore reveal more to us before the start of season 4 of MW3 which should begin by the end of the month, before intervening soon to talk about the future of Call of Duty. Microsoft recently announced that the giant will organize its famous Xbox Showcase on June 9, which will allow you to discover the future of its various studios, including Activision-Blizzard. To be continued.
