Lego has already partnered with Nintendo in recent years to release sets featuring the likeness of Mario, including a Super Mario 64 set that is worth its weight in gold. The construction game announces today that another famous video game mascot will be entitled to its own set, and it’s Sonic who will have this privilege.

The LEGO group therefore announces the upcoming publication of a Sonic set in the colors of the famous level Green Hill Zone, with Sonic and Dr Robotnik also in attendance. We find everything that characterizes the universe of Sonic, with some villains and the famous golden rings, not to mention a loop and the Emeralds of Chaos.
This set was made by LEGO fan Viv Grannell and will be available from January 1, 2022 for the sum of € 69.99. This set is already listed on the brand’s official website.
