a nice collector’s item for big fans

If you collect Assassin’s Creed Mirage products, a new must-have collector’s item has been revealed. Pre-orders are already possible and the release is planned for very soon.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage wasn’t really the long-awaited homecoming for us, but the ride wasn’t completely unpleasant. For others, the promise has been kept and Ubisoft is doing its best to improve its game. With this in mind, the teams have finally implemented NG+, in order to repeat a game while retaining all the elements unlocked during the previous one. After pushing back the mode for a few weeks, Permadeath was also introduced with update 1.07.

A nice collector’s item for Assassin’s Creed Mirage music

Ubisoft therefore improves Assassin’s Creed Mirage over the updates, and today, the game is being talked about again for a novelty of another kind. A collector’s derivative product, which aims to salute the musical compositions of this episode, arrives on May 17, 2024 with us. As is often the case, this is a beautiful double vinyl edition which contains 49 tracks from the title’s original soundtrack. A soundtrack composed by Brendan Angelides, aka Eskmo, whose work you may have already heard through the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why.

The different tracks from Assassin’s Creed Mirage are pressed on two 140 g amber vinyls, which recall the warm atmosphere of the software’s environments. As for the records themselves, they come in a gatefold sleeve with very pretty illustrations “This double vinyl comes in a gatefold sleeve with exclusive artwork. Pressed on amber vinyl, the box set includes an Obi tape and a 12-inch insert with liner notes. It echoes the journey of Basim Ibn Ishaq in the golden age of Badgad” (via Amazon).

Like the collector’s edition of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, this derivative product is available from the usual retailers. It is therefore not exclusive to Ubisoft. In terms of price, it is rather average with a maximum recommended price of €39.99. Pre-orders are already open with estimated delivery for release, May 17. Note that vinyls are slightly cheaper on Amazon.
