The mother and child died soon after. The sister of the respondent, also injured and aged 20, was rushed to hospital. She had jumped out the window to escape her brother, according to the police source. In the evening of Saturday, the prosecutor indicated that “this last one was operated. Her vital prognosis does not seem any more engaged”.

In addition to the “family context”, the circumstances of the drama are still unclear for the time being, said the prosecution. The family was not followed within the framework of a protocol of domestic violence. The thirty-something, “unfavorably known to the police,” was taken into custody.
