(CercleFinance.com) – Abivax announces its intention to make a public offering of its ordinary shares, in the form of ‘American Depositary Shares (ADS)’, in the United States, subject to market conditions and other conditions.
The Company has confidentially submitted a draft registration document to the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
The timing, the number of new shares to be issued under the proposed offer and their price have not yet been determined.
