In order to differentiate them from the more expensive Momentum models, Sennheiser attaches the term Accentum to its mid-range products, like the Accentum Wireless headphones. The Accentum True Wireless are therefore the descendants of the CX Plus True Wireless and present themselves as a less expensive alternative to the Momentum True Wireless 4, a premium model.
New ergonomic design for greater comfort
The Accentum True Wireless stand out first of all for an ergonomic design supposed to offer excellent feelings of comfort. Sennheiser says it relied on the expertise in hearing aids of Sonova, its parent company, to produce a design designed after an in-depth analysis of thousands of ear morphologies. Four sizes of silicone tips are also provided.
Premium earphone features
The Accentum True Wireless feature 7mm True Response drivers that are claimed to deliver “Powerful, captivating bass, natural mids and crisp highs”. Noise reduction is of course on the program, as is access to numerous settings via the Smart Control app.
Sennheiser headphones also benefit from advanced connectivity with a Bluetooth 5.3 chip compatible with Bluetooth LE Audio and the Auracast functionality which, as a reminder, allows you to connect several devices to the same source. The Accentum True Wireless also support the LC3 and aptX codec in addition to the usual SBC and AAC. Autonomy is announced at 8 hours per charge with a total of 28 hours thanks to the case. Case which is also compatible with wireless charging.
