(CercleFinance.com) – Accenture announced on Monday that it had acquired Axis Corporate, a Spanish company providing technological consulting services to players in the financial sector.
Created in 2005, Axis is a company based in Barcelona, with offices in Madrid and Boston, whose 110 consultants work with some of the largest Spanish banks and financial institutions.
In a press release, Accenture explains that the operation will allow it to strengthen its positioning in this market by helping its clients to better manage their level of risk, reduce their costs, adapt to changes and market new products.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
