(CercleFinance.com) – Accenture is launching four new sovereign cloud centers in Europe that will help regulated industries create new products, services and experiences.
Sovereign cloud is an approach that allows organizations to control where, how and where their data is accessed and processed in a cloud environment in response to new emerging industry standards and compliance requirements in specific countries or industries.
The new Accenture Cloud First Sovereign Practice includes four new sovereign cloud centers in Kronberg, Germany, Trondheim, Norway, Paris and Rome.
‘ Located within the Accenture Innovation Hubs, these centers bring together Accenture’s industry, security and technology specialists, together with ecosystem partners, to accelerate the digitalization of business processes and expose new opportunities for data collaboration,” the group says.
