Action game Eternights protagonist doesn’t want to die single

End of the world or not, the protagonist ofEternals is surrounded by way too many pretty girls (and one handsome guy, if ever) to die single. Pushed back to this summer on PS5, PS4 and PC, Eternals intends to give equal importance to action and romance. The structure of the game revolves around a calendar thanks to which the player will have to manage his time between different daily tasks, which obviously does not fail to bring to mind Persona. Especially since we also find the links of cause and effect between the level of attraction with a partner and the number of skills available to him in the dungeons.

The comparison seems to end there, however, the combat system in question being all in real time, with a mixture of elemental attacks, dodges and other parades. And if you have to fight, it’s because an unknown entity is turning people into violent monsters. The characters ofEternals are in a race against time to find a cure for this curse.

Since announcing the game last September, Studio Sai says it has worked on a number of things, including the user interface. But we are also pleased to learn that the game will indeed offer a Japanese (and Korean) dubbing in addition to English. With such an artistic direction and such a concept, it seemed like a no-brainer. The actors of the Japanese version will also be revealed soon.
