Potential beneficiaries?
Retired people over 70 – or classified GIR * 1 to 4 – who wish to finance the supply and installation of a walk-in shower, a washbasin or an adapted WC, the installation of a wall , a shower rod or seat, or, for example, a door extension.
What conditions?
To qualify for the aid, you must respect the means test (36,572 euros of maximum tax income for a couple in Île-de-France in 2019, 27,729 euros in the provinces) and be supported for their project by an operator assistance with project management (AMO, list on the Anah website * or members of the French Association of Professionals for Accessibility for People with Disabilities).
