On Instagram, Adele remembers her mega success with the album "21", which was released ten years ago – or at least tries to.
Adele (32) celebrated the tenth anniversary of her 2011 album "21" on Sunday. On Instagram, she posted a picture of the album cover along with two black and white portraits and wrote: "Happy ten year old old friend! It's crazy how little I remember how it was a decade ago and how I felt But I thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting us into your life and for having the soundtrack written for it. "
A lot has changed for the successful musician, especially in recent years. She is currently in the midst of a new discovery phase, is divorcing her husband and made headlines worldwide in 2020 with an enormous weight loss of over 40 kilograms.
Her second album was released in the UK in early January 2011 and includes hits like "Rolling in the Deep", "Set Fire to the Rain" and "Someone Like You". Adele received six Grammy Awards for the work she recorded at the age of 21. In 2015 her third studio album "25" was released. And new music should already be on the way, as Alan Carr, a friend of the singer, is said to have revealed in the British "Grazia" magazine. "I heard a few tracks from it. Oh my God, it's amazing, amazing!"
