(AOF) – ADP announces that it has successfully carried out a new bond issue, the first since 2020, for an amount of 500 million euros. The settlement date is set for May 16, 2024 and the final maturity date for May 16, 2031. The net proceeds from this issue will be used to finance the general needs of the group.
