(CercleFinance.com) – The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward on October 4 through Bpifrance Investissement, which acts on behalf of the Innobio fund and the FPS Innovation 1, the threshold of 25% of Advicenne’s voting rights.
Following this crossing of the threshold, which results from a capital increase in Advicenne, the CDC has specified that it indirectly holds 2,664,505 shares representing 21.62% of the capital and 23.63% of the voting rights of this biopharmaceutical company. .
