(CercleFinance.com) – Affluent Medical announces the launch of a capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights in the amount of 6.29 million euros through the issue of 2,711,015 new shares at a unit price of 2.32 euros, with a parity of 10 new shares for 67 existing ones.
The purpose of the proceeds will be to strengthen the company’s financial structure and secure funding for its clinical development programs. Truffle Capital has expressed its intention to subscribe freely for a maximum amount of 3.8 million euros.
The subscription period will run from September 2 to September 16 inclusive, on the Euronext Paris market. According to the indicative timetable for the issue, the settlement-delivery date for the new shares is scheduled for 22 September.
