Three people, including a baby, had to be taken to the hospital on Monday afternoon after a rear-end collision in the Salzburg district of Lehen. A vehicle had crashed into a stationary car on a protection way.
A 54-year-old driver overlooked the fact that the car in front of her had stopped at a protective path on Schiessstadtstrasse. The occupants of the front car (24-year-old woman from Salzburg and a 26-year-old passenger) complained of neck pain after the crash. She and the six-month-old baby were taken to the Salzburg University Hospital for examination.
