Flash of genius for Bitcoin: on the way to the Lightning network
David Marcus is a French entrepreneur who founded Zonga mobile payment startup acquired by PayPal. He then held a management position within the latter. In addition, he was the former Head of Cryptocurrency Operations and Digital Finance of Meta.
David Marcus now wants to focus on Bitcoin. Thus, the entrepreneur recently announced the creation of lights parka company that focuses on the development of solutions based on the Lightning Network.
Lightspark will more accurately provide theinfrastructure that developers or companies need to use the second layer of bitcoin. David Marcus’ company will initially focus on creation of a team dedicated to the exploration of the Lightning network.
James Everingham is part of the Lightspark team. He previously served as Vice President of Engineering at noviMeta’s former digital wallet project.
