Air Glacier’s Helicopter Lama is retiring after more than 30 years

The “Tractor of Heaven” is retiring

After more than 30 years in service for Air Glacier, the llama helicopter is retiring today. The “tractor of heaven”, as it is affectionately known, has flown Air Glacier rescue flights, cargo flights and spray flights over the Valais vines.
