(CercleFinance.com) – Airbus announces that its shareholders have approved all resolutions proposed at the 2022 Annual General Meeting, including the appointment of a new director and the renewal of three members of the Board of Directors, including the Chief Executive Officer .
As a result, Irene Rummelhoff, executive vice president Marketing, Midstream & Processing at Norwegian energy company Equinor ASA, has been appointed as a non-executive director to the Airbus board.
The shareholders therefore also approved the renewal of the directorship of Guillaume Faury as executive director and he was officially reappointed to his position as CEO of Airbus at a meeting of the board of directors following the general assembly. Catherine Guillouard and Claudia Nemat were re-elected non-executive directors.
Finally, the proposal to pay a 2021 gross dividend of €1.50 per share was also approved at the General Meeting.
