(CercleFinance.com) – At the extraordinary general meeting held on Tuesday, AkzoNobel shareholders appointed new CEO Grégoire Poux-Guillaume as a member of the board of directors, effective November 1, 2022.
Grégoire Poux-Guillaume will succeed Thierry Vanlancker, who had been CEO and member of the board of directors since 2017, and whose mandate is coming to an end. Mr. Poux-Guillaume will join AkzoNobel on October 1, to ensure a smooth transition on November 1.

Mr. Poux-Guillaume previously served as CEO of Sulzer, CEO of GE Grid Solutions and Senior Managing Director of CVC Capital Partners.
