A decision which raises serious concerns. While Alain Delon’s clan continues to tear itself apart, a report for “put to danger” of the 88 year old actor has just been transmitted by Me Christophe Ayela to the public prosecutor of Montargis, as revealed Le Figaro this Wednesday, January 10. In this letter, the actor’s lawyer asked “that his Swiss doctor can visit the actor to decide what action to take regarding his state of health and obtain their consent”, our colleagues informed us. This decision comes as the two sons of Le Cheépard, Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon, would have “decide to suddenly stop, without any resumption of care in France, the medical protocol of treatment and regular check-ups” by Alain Delon. At war with their sister, Anthony and Alain-Fabien also turned to a French general practitioner “who has no expertise in the matter” despite the actor’s disapproval of his daughter Anouchka, continued Me Christophe Ayale.
In this same letter, dated January 8, the doctor of Nathalie Delon’s ex-husband therefore sounded the alarm on “the abrupt cessation of all vital medical treatment” of the actor. According to him, the sons of the sacred monster of French cinema “take the risk of causing the premature death of Mr. Alain Delon(…), under various pretexts and reasons that are in no way justified”. Since his stroke in 2019, Alain Delon has been followed very closely “for many pathologies which require regular examinations, care and check-ups”clarified his Swiss doctor in this email. “It is therefore essential that Mr. Alain Delon continues the treatment put in place during his last stay (in June 2023, editor’s note).” As revealed Le FigaroAlain Delon’s lawyer asks “the urgent opening of a procedure to safeguard justice” by the guardianship judge as well as “the appointment of a legal representative” to protect the actor from the upcoming medical decisions made by his two sons. Alain Delon “in a lamentable state”: his son Alain-Fabien expresses his concern
In an interview given to BFMTVbroadcast this Wednesday, January 10, the youngest son of the actor, Alain-Fabien broke the silence on the family crisis and gave not very reassuring news from his father. “I’m sorry to tell you, my father is in a terrible state. Lamentable.”, confided Capucine’s ex-companion Anav. A few days earlier, Anthony Delon also spoke of his father’s fragile health in an interview given to Paris Matchon January 4. “He’s fed up. He can no longer stand seeing himself like that, diminished“, assured the 59-year-old actor. And to continue: “He also feels all these tensions around him and I think it pains him. (…) He speaks little, it tires him or it annoys him when we make him repeatbecause his voice is no longer always placed, I mean audible”.
