(CercleFinance.com) – Alan Allman Associates announced on Tuesday the acquisition of Gurus Solutions, a Canadian provider of Oracle services, in order to strengthen its business in the integration of ERP solutions.
Gurus Solutions’ revenue was 8.1 million euros in 2020 (12.5 million Canadian dollars) and is expected to reach 9.2 million euros for the past financial year.
Alan Allman – an entity which already includes several consulting firms – specifies that the operation will be financed mainly in cash by its Canadian subsidiary, and for a residual part by the parent company.
The payment by Alan Allman Associates thus corresponds to 1.37 million euros (two million Canadian dollars), an amount settled in the form of 97,262 shares.
The action Alan Allman – which now listed on compartment B of Euronext Paris – fell 2.8% Tuesday morning. The stock price has multiplied by ten since its IPO a year ago.
