Alex Rodriguez, 45, does not have an easy breakup with Jennifer Lopez, 51, according to friends of the couple. The ex-professional athlete proudly shows on Instagram that he has lost several pounds since separating from JLo. But friends know that the reason for the weight loss lies in his heartache over breaking up with JLo. According to insiders, he still hopes to save his relationship with Jennifer.
