Whether she's the 2000s Lolita or today's singer / dancer / mom, Alizée has fun with makeup, but not at any cost. That's what she told us when we had the opportunity to meet her a few weeks ago in her Corsican dance studio. It was then the occasion for her to strike a pose for the campaign of Lolita, the famous shade of KVD Vegan Beauty which gave birth to a whole collection.
" The brand has so many good products that I immediately liked the proposed collaboration, as well as the different shootings offered. No wonder that for these shoots, the young woman wanted to work with Rudy Marmet, the hairdresser who has followed her since her stint in Dance With The Stars, and with whom she dared everything, even to become blonde, she that we always have known brunette.
We can be tattooed and glamorous!
"The brand has a rock and glamor side that I really like, but also a penchant for tattooing that is firmly rooted in its DNA. For a long time, tattoos were reserved for male prisoners. Now you can be feminine and have tattoos, and I think the brand and its very feminine packaging are the perfect embodiment of that.»Explains Alizée, herself very fond of body inking, as is Katherine von Drachenberg Galeano, known as Kat Von D, the creator of KVD Vegan Beauty.
"Fresh like a Lolita"
Since her beginnings, Alizée has loved "when makeup remains natural".
