Touching Christmas mail from the Schumacher family
As if a Christmas greeting from the Schumacher family weren’t special enough, F1 youngsters Mick, Mama Corinna and sister Gina decided on a very touching card for their friends, supporters and acquaintances this year. Particularly emotional: Papa Michael Schumacher can also be seen on it. His favorite Italian restaurant in Maranello was very happy about it.
Rossella Giannini has already made record world champion Michael happy with her pasta in the La Montana restaurant in Ferrari’s homeland. Today Mick also enjoys pasta dishes there with his family. That is why “Mamma Rossella” and her husband Maurizio did not go away empty-handed in 2021 either, and they have already received Christmas mail from the Schumachers. And were so touched by it that they posted the pictures on Instagram.
On the one hand, they show the Schumi card on which the whole family was drawn into a winter landscape: Mick races across the snow with his Haas with the start number 47, Gina pulls the Christmas sleigh with her western horse, Michael sits in the sleigh disguised as Santa Claus and next to him Corinna. The menu reads “Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year” and “Love from the Schumacher Family” in English.
There was also a signed helmet from Mick for “Mamma Rossella”. The 22-year-old then wrote in Italian: “To Rosella and Maurizio, thank you for everything! Your pasta is the best in the world!”
However, the Haas driver cannot yet enjoy the holiday pasta during the Formula 1 winter break – Schumi Junior has two races ahead of him. The next stop is the premier class on the new course in Saudi Arabia (Sunday from 5:15 p.m. live on RTL). Not only for Mick there will be a completely new challenge in the season’s end spurt before the final in Abu Dhabi awaits. And then Christmas with the family.
