(CercleFinance.com) – Alstom announces that it has started production of Metropolis trainsets intended for phase IV of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
Awarded in November 2022, this order aims to deliver 52 trainsets, each made up of six cars.
The project is designed to cater to three different lines of the DMRC, of which two lines are extensions of the existing lines 7 and 8, and the new Gold Line 10 connecting Aerocity to Tughlakabad, covering a total distance of 64.67 km.
