Alstom: Philippe Petitcolin co-opted to the board

(CercleFinance.com) – Alstom announces the co-optation by its board of directors of Philippe Petitcolin as an independent director to replace Jay Walder, who has resigned, for the remainder of his mandate, i.e. until the end of the AGM of June 20.

This co-optation of the former CEO of Safran will be subject to ratification by the General Meeting, which will also have to decide on the renewal of his mandate as director for a period of four years.

As a reminder, the separation of the functions of president and CEO will become effective at the end of this AGM. On this date, Philippe Petitcolin will assume the role of Chairman of the Board, with Henri Poupart-Lafarge continuing to assume general management.
