Altarea announces the creation of the Alta retail parks fund


(AOF) – In accordance with the partnership agreements announced last June with Crédit Agricole Assurances, involving € 1 billion in investments including rights in assets held by Altarea, Altarea has announced the creation of the Alta retail parks fund. On this occasion, the real estate developer sold 49% of a portfolio of 9 French retail parks.

These assets represent a combined surface area of ​​212,000 square meters generate 30 million euros in annual gross rental income, welcome more than 30 million visitors per year for a total turnover of traders of around 548 million euros including tax end of 2019.

Altarea will continue to control these assets, for which it will provide asset management.
