Amazon: still preferred value at Credit Suisse

(CercleFinance.com) – Credit Suisse maintained its ‘outperformance’ opinion on Amazon on Friday, with a price target of $4,100, pending the publication of the group’s next quarterly results, scheduled for April 28.

In a research note, the broker recalls that CEO Andy Jassy recently recalled that the Internet giant had concentrated three years of growth in a single fiscal year.

For Credit Suisse, Amazon is able to continue to gain market share in the e-commerce market thanks to the development of same evening or next day delivery.

The broker therefore indicates that it expects a positive inflection in its free cash flow (FCF) from the third quarter, then an increase thereafter.

“Amazon is perhaps the only company we follow with the potential to accelerate both revenue growth and cash flow,” summarizes Credit Suisse, which continues to make the title one of its preferred values (‘top pick’).
