There has been a crisis between Amira and Oliver Pocher for a long time. The couple even went public with their marital crisis. Now it should be finally clear for them: up to here – and no further.
It’s official: Amira, 30, and Oliver Pocher, 45, are finally separating, as reported exclusively by “Bild”. The couple reportedly announced the sad news in the joint podcast “Die Pochers”, which will be released this Thursday at 8 p.m.
Amira + Oliver Pocher: After a public marriage crisis, the separation now follows
Amira has not worn her wedding ring since June 2023. The fans noticed – and the rumors became the sad truth. Back then it was “difficult at the moment,” they explained in their podcast. Now the parents of two sons are separated. The ex-couple dropped the bomb after discussing the professional separation of the Instagram twins Lena and Lisa, 21. “Separation is a nice keyword,” Oliver suddenly throws in, according to “Bild”. “Is that the transition now?” Amira reacts. After that, the former couple should announce their separation – and initially remain quite factual: “We thought that this is probably the best way we can say it: we are separated.”
But a little emotion still resonates at the end. In the end, there is hope coupled with uncertainty: “Hopefully we can do it and will continue to be a team,” says Amira, according to the “Bild” report. The last word is for the fans: “We are still there for you as a podcast team, privately no longer. Except that we are, of course, parents of wonderful children.”

Amira and Oliver made their marriage crisis public in their joint podcast. Although they promised their fans to report “water levels” if there were any, Olli in particular allowed a look behind their crumbling marriage scenes away from the podcast. In the RTL show “‘Cause they don’t know what’s happening” he declared in early July: “I haven’t been kicked out yet, but I take every opportunity to stay away from home.”
At that time, the comedian emphasized that there would be no radio silence between Amira and him. “We perform together, we’re together everywhere.” They tried to mend their relationship with sex. Without success – because only a few weeks later Oliver also appeared at the Parookaville Festival without his wedding ring.
The Pochers have been married since 2019
Amira and Oliver celebrated their dream wedding on October 19, 2019 in the Maldives – and rather quietly and secretly. Heavily pregnant, Amira said yes to her lover in paradise. Barely a month later, on November 11, their first son was born. Pocher offspring number two saw the light of day on December 27, 2020.
For their two offspring, Amira and Oliver want to continue to pull themselves together. After all: The patchwork life is nothing new for either of them; Oliver has three children together with his ex-wife Alessandra Meyer-Wölden, 40: daughter Nayla and twin boys. Oliver continued to get along well with his former partner even after the breakup – and Amira felt the same way. Who knows: maybe the Pochers will succeed with their own separation.
