An association of EDF employee shareholders announces a complaint against the State


PARIS, July 17 (Reuters) – An association of employee shareholders and former employees of EDF announced in a press release on Sunday its intention to “introduce a criminal complaint with civil action” against the State for “putting in difficulty of the business.”

The association Energie en actions, which says its purpose is to “defend the interests of employees and former employee shareholders of EDF”, denounces a “creation in difficulty of the company in defiance of its social interest and of the interests of its minority shareholders, as a result of reckless and dispossessing decisions.”

“Today the State must be accountable for the management exercised as the ultra-majority shareholder of the company, management which has the consequence of seriously robbing very many savers”, can we read in this press release.
