Andrea Bocelli: Free concert live from Milan Cathedral

Andrea Bocelli (61, "Return To Love") invites you to a concert from Milan Cathedral on Easter Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Central European time, which will be broadcast live on YouTube. The Italian singer announced this on Tuesday.

Under the motto "Music for Hope" he will perform a solo performance which, according to an Instagram post, is intended to "spread a customer of love, healing and hope" in Italy and around the world. In a short announcement clip you can see and hear that Bocelli will probably perform the spiritual song "Amazing Grace" among other things.

He believes in prayer

"I believe in the power of praying together; I believe in Christian Easter as a universal symbol for a rebirth that everyone needs right now – regardless of whether they believe or not," explains Bocelli in the description of the upcoming live stream on YouTube. With the concert and bringing together millions of people he wanted to "embrace the wounded, pulsating heart of this earth".
