But the residents of Breitenleer Straße near Markomannenstraße have been waiting for this for two years now. “One settlement after the other is being built, as well as cycle paths, but no sidewalks,” says Ulli G., who is particularly worried about the children: “To get to the bus, the students have to walk along the roadway. Or they have to cross the road without crosswalks to walk along the pedestrian and cycle path and cross it again after 60 meters to get to the bus stop.”
