(Boursier.com) — With the arrival of Anne Maréchal, De Gaulle Fleurance aims to strengthen stock market practice and be the reference in terms of digital assets and blockchain (Cryptocurrencies, tokens, security Token, stable coins, Metavers, NFT…), by supporting companies and States in their increasingly numerous projects in this developing market.
During her career shared between the public and private sectors, Anne Maréchal has developed recognized expertise in stock market and financial law as well as in mergers and acquisitions, both with public authorities (Ministry of the Economy at the Tax Legislation Department and the Competition Department, Autorité des Marchés Financiers), and within major French and Anglo-Saxon business law firms.
Director of Legal Affairs at the AMF for the past 8 years, she has also actively contributed to the development of regulations on digital assets within the Pacte law. A pioneer in this field, this legal framework has inspired the current draft European MiCA regulation.
