(CercleFinance.com) – Antin Infrastructure Partners announced on Monday the acquisition of a majority stake in OpticalTel, one of Florida’s leading broadband service providers.
Founded in 2004, OpticalTel is a fast-growing regional operator that provides high-speed telecommunications services, primarily to large private owners and condominiums.
Antin says he made this acquisition through his ‘Mid Cap’ fund. The transaction is expected to be finalized in early 2023.
