A sigh of relief from the fans of Antonio Banderas (60, "The Mask of Zorro"): The Spanish actor survived his Covid 19 disease, just like him with the short message service Twitter communicated. At the same time, he encouraged all those affected "who are still in the middle of the fight".
Encouraging words and a funny photo montage
"After 21 days of disciplined isolation, I can now say that I have survived Covid-19 disease. I am healthy," writes the screen star in his tweet, which he posted in both English and Spanish. His thoughts are with all those who did not manage to get through the disease and who had an even worse time than him. He encouraged all sick people "who are still in the middle of a fight". His Spanish tweet Banderas added a funny photo montage on which he kicks the viruses away with his foot.
He spent his 60th birthday in quarantine
The Hollywood star announced his Covid 19 disease on his 60th birthday (August 10) via Instagram. In response to a black and white photo from childhood, he wrote that he was forced to "celebrate his special day in quarantine". Even then, however, he was confident that he would recover quickly. "I will use the isolation to read, write, rest and keep making plans," said Banderas' post.
