But how about a simple apple and cinnamon latte made from just five ingredients, which succeeds in a few minutes and guarantees variety? We’ll show you the simple recipe for this hot, trendy drink.

Simple recipe: Apple and cinnamon latte with an extra boost in vitamins

The special thing about the autumn drink is the fresh apple. Unlike the usual latte drinks, no syrup is used for the preparation. The fruit contains – similar to golden milk – healthy properties, such as strengthening the immune system and the body’s defenses. Cinnamon and honey also enrich the health aspect of the hot beverage.

The ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 apple-vanilla tea bags
  • 1 apple, cut into small pieces

The preparation

  1. Put oat milk, cinnamon and honey in a small saucepan and heat over low heat.
  2. Pour 200 ml of boiling water into the apple-vanilla tea and let it steep according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Put the freshly brewed tea together with the apple pieces in a blender. Mix at the highest level (increasing slowly).
  4. Divide the tea and apple mixture into 2 cups and pour over the warm oat milk.
