Apple is no longer an exception, it is also preparing to lay off


Like its competitors, Apple is also preparing to lay off a portion of its workforce. This wave of layoffs would concern the sales division of the group (in the broad sense), but would on the other hand be much smaller than those announced at Amazon or Meta.

As a reminder, the last few months have been marked by drastic measures by Apple’s competitors. Google has thus carried out 12,000 layoffs, against 27,000 at Amazon, 21,000 at Meta and 10,000 at Microsoft. Job cuts observed in most tech companies, large or small, since last fall.

Apple is no longer an exception
