With the Apple Vision Pro you should also be able to work with a Mac next year. There might be a caveat to that though.

- However, only one of them has a resolution of 4K. The reason is the transmission technology used
- A workaround could be to use one Mac display and dedicated VisionOS apps instead of two screens at the same time.
Apple’s Vision Pro is slated to launch in 2024 for nearly $3,500. With the glasses, it should also be possible to display a virtual screen, for example from your MacBook, as a window on the glasses. However, the theoretically possible space that results from your field of vision should not be able to be exploited.
According to 9to5Mac, you can display a virtual screen by looking at your Mac with the headset. The bad news is that it really can only be one screen. This is displayed in 4K.
The reason is not the performance of the devices involved, the bottleneck is more in the wireless connection. With the joint use of a virtual display and VisionOS apps, you could probably still multitask on the Apple glasses.
