Apple’s new developer program supports iOS 17, VisionOS, and more

Apple has unveiled a new resource for the Apple developer community with its Meet with Apple Experts program. Apple evangelists, engineers and designers will participate in this program and provide more than 50 sessions, workshops, labs and one-on-one consultations for support and feedback.

Developers working on iOS, iPadOS, WatchOS, and VisionOS apps and games can participate in Meet with Apple Expert programs to improve the performance of their apps on the platform of their choice.

Participants will also learn about the App Store by learning how to interpret App Analytics, personalize product pages, improve app discovery, and use in-app events.

The perfect opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the devices they create apps for

Apple recently released the latest software for the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, making Meet with Apple Experts the perfect opportunity for developers to deepen their knowledge of the devices they’re building apps for.

Apple is preparing to market Vision Pro, its mixed reality headset, early next year. In recent months, Apple announced the creation of development labs and hardware kits to help developers create applications optimized for VisionOS, the operating system for the Vision Pro.

The Apple Experts program will bring together topics previously featured in the Ask Apple, Meet with App Store Experts, and Tech Talks news series.

SDKs to create applications

In addition to personalized guidance, Apple developers can access software development kits (SDKs) that will help them create apps for all Apple operating systems.

Registered Apple developers and members of the Apple Developer Program and Apple Developer Enterprise Program can find upcoming sessions and discussion topics on Apple’s developer website.

The new program is free for Apple developers. It will be available from October 10 to November 9 in multiple time zones and languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese.
