(CercleFinance.com) – ArcelorMittal announces that it has finalized its fifth share buyback program announced on November 17, pursuant to the authorization given by the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 8, 2021.
At the market close on December 28, the steel giant repurchased 34,080,049 shares for a total value of approximately 885.7 million euros (or one billion dollars) at an average price of around of 25.99 euros per share.
