The facts allegedly took place in his apartment near the Champs-Élysées, in Paris, on the evening of Saturday October 30, 2021, when the actor and the complainant had just had sexual intercourse with him. As reported by the Sunday newspaper on October 14, 2022, Ary Abittan denied the charges against him. “I have always been considerate with women, attentive. I have always been a generous boy with women. I consume, but always in an authentic and true way”, he would have declared in the cabinet of the magistrate-instructor. If the 49-year-old actor is discreet today, he was finally placed under the reduced status of assisted witness, Wednesday July 19, 2023. Ary Abittan, targeted by a complaint for “aggravated violence”
Placed under the status of assisted witness, Ary Abittan is gradually approaching the abandonment of the proceedings against him.
