A different kind of European championship took place this week in the fire brigade school in Tulln in Lower Austria: the European Snowplough Championship. Nine European countries were there, including Austria, Hungary, Germany, Slovenia, France, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Latvia. In the end, Asfinag employee Manuel Luger from the Ybbs motorway maintenance department won the European title from the top twelve drivers.
