PARIS, July 13 (Reuters) – Atos ATOS.PA announced on Wednesday the appointment of Nourdine Bihmane as group chief executive, with immediate effect, replacing Rodolphe Belmer, whose departure was announced in mid-June.
The IT group then announced that it wanted to split into two listed entities and appoint two deputy general managers, Nourdine Bihmane and Philippe Oliva, to lead each of them.
