EXCLUSIVE – Contested since the announcement of the strategic plan and the stock market rout of the title, Bertrand Meunier, chairman of the board of directors of the company, explains.

He has been on the front line since the resignation of CEO Rodolphe Belmer, announced the same day as the strategic plan that will split Atos into two by the end of 2023.
